Thuya burl (Tetraclinis articulata) grows only in Morocco's
Atlas Mountains — one of the rarest fragrant woods on Earth.
Each burl grain is entirely unique, formed over decades beneath
the bark. The warm amber tones deepen with age, making this
box more beautiful every passing year.
The gold arabesque pattern on the lid is hand-inlaid by master
craftsmen in Essaouira — a UNESCO World Heritage city — using
a technique passed down through five centuries. No two pieces
